Herbal Smoking Blend Recipe – Chill & Relaxing Blend
In this video I show you how to make a great relaxing smoke from all natural ingredients. This blend is great after a long stressful day when you want to just come home and relax. It will also potentate the effects of any other mind altering substances that you may use(marijuana). In the video I use a container a little bit to small and I am not able to mix the blend up properly. I would recommend mixing everything in a large bowl and then putting it into a jar.
Relaxing Smoking Blend Recipe
- Measuring spoon (Size does not matter)
- Wild Dagga flowers
- Add 3 parts Damiana to your bowl
- Add 2 parts Wild Dagga flowers to bowl
- Add 1 parts Peppermint to bowl (Add more or less to your liking)
- Mix blend well
- Store in airtight container
That’s it! It is supper simple and a very relaxing smoke. It is also very tasty! Like I said before, smoking some of this before consuming other herbs such as marijuana will strongly potentate the effects of the herb. This is cause by the alkaloids in the Wild Dagga.
